The legal team is led by Richard Silver, who qualified in 1986. Richard has over 8 years experience working in the Crown Prosecution Service, and 20 years experience over all. He is a criminal defense specialist and deals exclusively with criminal and motoring cases. He is a member of the Manchester Law Society Criminal Law Comittee as well as being an accredited Duty Solicitor and having a Higher Courts Right Of Audience.
Richards many expertise have seen him work up and down the country in Magistrates Courts as well as in the Crown Court and the Court of Appeal. Many of his former clients include professional footballers and well known actors.
Richard is joined by Alison Mafham, who qualified in 2003 and joined the practice as an associate in 2004.
Alison is also a criminal defense specialist and deals exclusively with criminal cases. She is an accreddited Duty Solicitor who has ample experience in the Magistrates and Youth Courts. She also has Higher Courts Rights of Audience and handles a substantial number of Crown Court cases. Many of her clients have come off the back of reccomendations from previous clients.
